Our sessions are highly engaging, and are based on a combination of industry best practice, emerging innovation and trends of relevance, and lived experience. Using blind case studies as a foundation for learning, and providing actionable tools that can be implemented at the local level, we achieve high levels of engagement from workshop participants and buy-in throughout the organizations. Our workshops are not delivered as a lecture; rather, it is a facilitated discussion, allowing participants to jump in with both feet and walk away with a new excitement within their roles.

Additionally, Benjamin was engaged by the Elected Officials Education Program, through the University of Alberta Augustana, to support the ongoing professional development of Council Members in teaching a course titled, “Council’s Role in Public Engagement.”
