Public Engagement

We work with organizations to design and execute public engagement through our ‘Engagement with Intent’ framework, ensuring that residents are brought into the conversation and that their input is truly valuable in the decision-making process.

 

Our work together includes everything from educating the public ahead of engagement, to designing and facilitating engagement processes, analyzing results, developing the resulting reports, and presenting the report to Council. Areas of engagement include:

• Focus Groups

• Surveys (digital, phone, and print)

• Open Houses

• Workshops

• Plebiscite support

 

We further collaborate with communities in designing and executing engagement specific to contentious issues, bringing best practice and lived experience to the table – as we do for all processes – to reduce resident anxiety, while building trust and the relationship between residents and the organization through these processes.
