Summary

Communications Audits are proactive processes, often in response to rapidly shifting demands and resident expectations of public communications and engagement, or as you experience shifts internally.

These audits act as both a current state and gap analysis, while identifying what's working, where improvements might be required and how to go about those changes, and where there may be gaps in capacity (if any exist).

While affordable, our Communications Audits are notably thorough, including a significant amount of research and discovery, and internal engagement, along with the potential for inclusions such as a Service Level Inventory and public engagement on communications.

Resulting Audit Reports set direction for your community to excel in various areas of communications moving forward, while creating predictability in how these efforts are to be executed through evidence-based and actionable recommendations.

The capacity review will provide a path forward in terms of staffing and resourcing, if any changes are required at all. Should that be the case, reporting and associated recommendations are clear, objective and costed to ensure predictability and evidence-driven municipal budgeting.
