Our Services

Workshops & Training

We deliver engaging, innovative and actionable workshops and training opportunities for Councils, Senior Leadership Teams, Communications Departments, and others working in local government.

Crisis Communications & Reputation Management

We support organizations through crises of all sorts, ranging from major disasters and emergencies (including evacuations), to social crises (such as community polarization, fraud, and cybersecurity attacks, amongst others), including incidents which could impact your organization's reputation.

Public Engagement

We work with you to design, execute, and analyze public engagement through our ‘Engagement with Intent’ framework, ensuring residents are brought into the conversation and that their input is valued in decision-making. This includes engagement surrounding contentious issues.

Communications Planning

We develop strong Communications Plans, Crisis Communications Plans, and Engagement Strategies specific to your organization's specific opportunities, challenges, needs and capacity; in alignment with broader organizational direction and Council's Strategic Plan; and in reflection of the demands placed upon you by your community.

Communications Audits

We work with you through an evidence-based process that identifies areas of success and challenges in your current approach to public communications and engagement, along with capacity versus outputs and needs in consideration of future growth, while further customizing our scope to your specific needs. This process results in a thorough report, driving actionable and realistic recommendations.
